About ORLIVING

The Full Story

I am Anastasiia Cohen, the founder of ORLIVING.

I trained as a designer — my degree is in Environmental Design — and I have spent my working life across marketing, hospitality and project management before bringing it all together into this studio.

I have moved country twice. Each time meant building a home from nothing, in a new language, far from everything familiar. I know the specific weight of that — choosing a kitchen in a country whose rules you are still learning, trusting suppliers you have never met, doing it all across a time zone.

That experience is the reason ORLIVING exists.

I am based in Italy and I work in five languages — English, Italian, Hebrew, Ukrainian and Russian. You can describe your home in the language you think in, and I will understand you precisely.

When you are making decisions about where you will live, that matters more than it sounds.

ORLIVING is a small studio on purpose.

You will not be passed between account managers. From the first call to the day you have the keys, you are working with me. I answer the phone myself.
